We have a Fraud Monitoring Program that calls or texts you when a suspicious transaction occurs on your card. This system will sometimes temporarily restrict/block your card based on how high-risk the suspicious transaction was. You will receive an automated text or voice message that will ask you to validate the transaction(s) and provide you with a case number.

What to do if your card is lost or stolen

If your card has been stolen or lost, please call 833.221.8684.
If you wish to dispute charges, please call 833.221.8685.
