Canopy Credit Union is looking for students currently enrolled in a college or university in the Spokane area to give insight into ways the credit union can adapt to better serve up-and-coming generations. This opportunity is perfect for students looking for ways to give back to their community while growing on their educational and career journey.
Collegiate Advisory Group Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university in the Spokane area.
- A current Canopy Credit Union member or willing to open an account.
- Can commit to serving for the 2024-2025 school year. Able to attend three in-person meetings (fall, winter and spring) as well as one virtual meeting.
- Must have the ability to travel to downtown Spokane.
- First meeting will be held on Thursday, September 26, from 2-4pm.
- Able to complete approx. 3-5 hours of tasks per month outside of meetings.
Collegiate Advisory Group Responsibilities
- Advise Canopy Credit Union on ways to improve its member experience with a focus on serving younger generations by participating in active discussions and surveys.
- Participate in focus groups evaluating Canopy’s digital experience and marketing.
- Collaborate and present with other Collegiate Advisory Group members a report to Canopy’s Board of Directors.
