Nope! Access your funds anytime with online banking, our mobile app, telephone banking, and 30,000+ fee-free Co-op ATMs.
- I deposited cash or a check at an ATM—why isn’t it available yet?
ATM deposits can have up to a 3-day hold. The deposit shows in your balance right away but may not be in your available balance until the hold clears.

Contact your employer’s payroll team for their form or online portal. Need help? Ask us—we can sometimes assist.

- I tried to transfer from savings to checking online and it didn’t work—why?
A federal rule called Reg D limits the number of transfers you can make from savings or money market accounts.

- how do I stop payment on a lost or stolen check?
You can do it in Online Banking or by calling us. If your check was stolen, please let us know so we can protect your account.
