Donation or Sponsorship Request Form

To request a sponsorship or donation, please complete the form below. We will respond to your request within 10 business days and are now reviewing sponsorship and donation requests for 2025 and 2026.

Canopy Credit Union is committed to the improvement of the communities we serve. As a manifestation of this commitment, we focus our donations on the following areas:

  • Housing insecurity and affordable housing
  • Diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Financial education and economic opportunity
  • Health and wellness
  • Access to education and job training
  • application guidelines
  • Requests must be submitted at least 60 days before funds are needed.
  • We will use the information provided to contact the organization representative.
  • We give preference to organizations whose impact is concentrated in Spokane, Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties.
